Neuvěřitelné....

Letecká společnost odvedla skvělou práci a zachránila mě od velkého stresování s eSky.cz,neboť .Tato agentura při check in letu z Edinburgu do Calgary.nejen že nedodala správný kód,takže se nebylo možno přihlásit,ale jakékoliv kontakty zůstaly bez odezvy. Do Edinburgu jsem odletěl s Ryanair s tím,že jsem nevěděl,jak to dopadne!!!! Vše nakonec elegantně vyřeša Westjet.

Like a charter with no leg room

I like the planes, however the computer was down when I tried to checkin -- so I went through the whole process only to be told to do it at the airport the next day. My seat was changed to sit next to my husband, when I had booked and selected a window seat (as the window seat was my priority). We had to wait about 45 minutes on the tarmac before we were allowed to take off. My suitcase didn't make it home. I opened up a claim upon my arrival (Sunday night) -- it is now Wednesday and I still haven't heard anything. Ironically a couple months ago my brother flew Westjet from Calgary to Orange County (CA) and they lost his bags on that flight too. All these things could have happened on any flight -- so I always keep that in mind.

First time flying on Westjet. Very impressed with this airline. Flights on time. Service great. Food good.
